EBA - Mechanical Yarn Let-off Unit with Electronic Control
Especially  for high-speed warp knitting machines which are operated with constant yarn let-off quantities. For fabrics requireing multiple let-off speeds within one repeat the devices EBD and EBC are available.

The programmed let-off data are not only transmitted to the beam drives - the micro-processor is also permanently checking the actual let-off speed and re-adjusting the drive system automatically in order to assure the feeding of the correct amount of yarn.

1  Main drive by timing belt
2  Micro-processor with input controls and digital display
    - to programm the required constant runner length
    - to check and indicate the let-off speed automatically on the display
    - to correct the beam driving speed via adjustment by control motor
3  Roller arm with high solution electronic sensor - to measure the actual
    let-off speed in digital impulses
4  Control motor with differential gear - for adjusting the programmed yarn
    delivery value and for re-adjusting the „decreasing beam diameter“
5  Stepless H-drive (regulated by control motor and differential gear) to
    controlthe beam driving speed under consideration of the decreasing
    beamdiameter
