Weft insertion system 

Copcentra HS-ST weft insertion system
The weft insertion device can handle 30 weft threads at the same time. 
The weft carrier is being driven by a computer controlled high dynamic servo motor (EMS).
Also the rake for inserting the weft threads into the transport hooks is driven by a servo motor (ERS). For this reason the production capacity is tremendously higher than the capacity of a weaving machine producing comparable articles and at the same time less strain on the weft threads.
