High performance tricot machines for processing of elastomere yarns to produce swim and sports wear as well as foundation garment.

A special type is the Copcentra 2 K-E. It is designed only for the production of 2-bar elastic fabric (Charmeuse) at a very high production rate.

Pile device
The pile device can be installed on all tricot machines. Thereby the special pile sinker bar will be exchanged with the hindmost guide bare in case of short needle stroke machines. For normal and medium needle stroke machines the pile device can be added additionally. Depending on the pile device different pile heights from 1,1 to 2,5 mm and 2,5 to 4,5 mm steplessly adjustable.

Elastic  fabric device
For the processing of elastane yarns LIBA  tricot machines are additionally equipped  with a rolling yarn deflector, fabric spreading devices, specially coated take-off rollers  and a special fabric wind-up device.
The  elastic fabric device is standard for the  COPCENTRA 2 KE and all other types can be retrofit.
