High speed warper for elastomeric yarns
Machine details: Details | Layout | Dimensions The machine is suitable for warping of sectional beams up to 30" flange diameter and up to 560 mm (23 E) resp. 1280 mm (24 E) outside width. The maximum working speed of the warper is 700 m/min, twice as the maximum creel speed. The maximum end-stretching of the yarn amounts 100%. The computer controlled wind-up of the beam guarantees the idendity of all sectional beams of the warping set. During the warping process the diameter of the beam is contactless measured by a laser system. By the computer the current warping values are compared with the given values of the master beam and be adjusted by alternating of the revolutions. The integrated relax control compensates the stretch differences inside of the cone depending on the unwinded thread length by changing of the speed. The warping process bases on the superior thread length principle, that means the end-stretching is obtained by the length difference of the elastic yarn between the creel and the warper. Thus the disadvantages of the thread tension principle, such as tension varying of the yarn by aging, climate or surrounding influences are avoided. The sectional beams are driven (23 E-NCL) resp. hydraulical (24 E-NCL) swinging-in or -out. The expansion reed allows an easy thread-in of the ends. This reed rises and falls automatically conforming the winding diameter of the warped yarn. The yarn is savely relaxed to the end-stretching due to the relatively low pre-stretching. The threads are stepless pre-stretched up to 200 %. The pre-stretching is obtained by the speed difference between the pre-stretching unit and the creel. The speed is infinitely variable by a drive, an adjusting by change wheels is not necessary. To stop the warping unit in case of yarn breakage the pre-stretching unit can be equipped with a yarn inspection device type CAMSCAN or type LASERSTOP. The ends are scaned by a camera (CAMSCAN) or the wavyly breaking yarn is indicated by laser-light barries (LASERSTOP). In the creel seven rollers are horizontally arranged, they are driven with a maximum speed of 350 m/min. The cones are circumferencial drawn-off. Due to the great contact angle on the draw-off roller rewinder of the yarn on the cones are avoided. The thread is running directly from the deflection position to the pre-stretching unit. The creel is equipped with a weft thread finger. The three parts of the warping unit are driven by brushless, maintenance-free servo-motors , they are enable a simultaneously stop of the whole warping unit. A readjusting of breakes under several production conditions, such as speed variation, variation of the measurements of the sectional beams or variation of the yarn material, is avoided. |
